Parade Entry Form

If you would like to be entered into the 2024 JCABA Christmas Parade, please download the 2024 PARADE ENTRY FORM PACKET. Read over it carefully and completely.  Please return the included Entry Form, Liability Waiver, and JCABA Membership Application (if applicable).

* NOTE:  All current JCABA Members are listed on the website in the Member Directory.  JCABA membership is paid on an annual basis.  If you are not in the current Member Directory and would like to register at the JCABA Member price, please include your 2025 JCABA Membership Application with $75 payment and the JCABA MEMBERS fee of $100 for a total of $175.

We are looking for BOTH parade entries and sponsors.  If you'd like to be one of our corporate sponsors, complete pages 3 & 4 and return them with payment.
